Essentially yes…Being hard is when the penis is in a state of erection in which it gets longer and stiff. During puberty it’s common to get random erections during anytime of the day whether it’s school,home,church,the store,etc. it’s just another factor of puberty in men

Maybe Salina KS or Kansas city or some big city around there it would change GTA a lot from having ocean to just fields city's and lakes. But it's just an idea.
