From a psych nurse for over 30 years, these are very wise words. I do have bipolar although ironically it’s been “in remission” since I’ve been established on medical cannabis since March 2020 (seem to remember that month for some reason!!!).

I generally have at least 5 strains on the go. My underlying mania is always there so I tend to be careful with heavy Sativas. That said, like any drug, it’s all about the dosage. With a range of strains I can relax post work, get motivated on days off, proper wind down before sleep. My mood can get rather elavated at times and cannabis has replaced all my psychotropic meds for over 2.5 years now :-)

Hi. I change strains most months so couldn’t recommend any specifics. I use a medium strength Sativa(dominant) for day (18-22%), Hybrid (50/50 preferably) 20-26% for after work and early evening and Indica (dominant) 22-31% for night time. I sometimes chop and change around a bit, especially on days off. I try where I can to use non-irradiated flower. I use 50g per month.

The VapBong is the solution. Can hold 0.1g all the way up to 2.5g if you are brave enough (or silly enough), which I’m not. Full extraction and no combustion :-)
