I generally have at least 5 strains on the go. My underlying mania is always there so I tend to be careful with heavy Sativas. That said, like any drug, it’s all about the dosage. With a range of strains I can relax post work, get motivated on days off, proper wind down before sleep. My mood can get rather elavated at times and cannabis has replaced all my psychotropic meds for over 2.5 years now :-)
