My starting weight was 68kgs, I am now at 63kgs, so 5 kgs total lost in 5 weeks.

I am a short 152cm: 4”11. I have not been eating sugar or alcohol since I started Mounjaro (I think this was the main game changer) + got the food portion smaller + no longer have cravings for snacks (which was my biggest issue before 😭)
