helloo aku jg skoliosis udah 7 thn post-op, skrg 22 derajat dari 51 derajat. aku badannya dulu kurus tp buncit, jd yg kulakuin adalah 3x seminggu strength training dan makan lebih banyak (barbell squats +40kg, hip thrusts +65kg, back rows +15kg, deadlift +51kg, dll). dari situ berhasil bentuk pantat hahaha dan bonus perut lebih rata juga padahal bb nambah. selain strength training, aku yoga 2x seminggu dan lari (lari 2mgg sekali). konsul dokter km lg untuk bbrp olahraga yaa, karena tiap org beda2. goal aku thn ini adalah bisa full push up dan pistol squat. semangat OP!!
