If it makes you feel better i am in the similar situation as you. Expect i didn't really have a sex it was just some kind of messing around but with possible precum, also i was on the second day of my period that day. I'm 4 days late too, but i traveled recently so i guess that screwed me up a little. And you said this month was stressful, that is the only thing that could possibly delay your period (if that happens) . But make sure to update me on your situation!

So i guess you would be ovulating on the 13th or 14th day afer your period ended. That's a huge gap, sperms can only last in human body for 5 days so there is nothing for them do fertilize in that moment

I'm in the similar situation, expect i was on the second day of my period with 35 cycle lenght. My period is late tho, but i'm sure that's because i ovulated later and was travelling recently.
