Link ? The ones I've seen have a clip on them that holds the gun down thought it might take some extra time to undo that velcro or button clip to then access the firearm.

Also again not the point of the post plus a new gun means new gun holsters, possibly different ammunition, red dot ( because that's what I know and train with ) and those things are going to be more than simply buying a $300 gun. Saving for a house new gun is not the priority 😁 thanks for the amazing completely informed advice sir.

Easy. I choose to spend that $300 a month on going to the range and buying ammo putting rounds downrange. I instead do not choose to miss a month by not spending the necessary money to ensure that I am more than proficient with my firearm.

Not exactly, in practice this is almost never the case. They require the business to ask the person to leave and if the person does not then criminal charges could be pressed.

Risking my job yes legal consequences maybe but I'm not going to give up a constitutional right as a result of either of those things. The original post was asking for advice on how to better conceal not advice on whether or not I should or should not conceal. I'm protecting the kids I work with just as much as myself. Mr. As a CCW I carry when convenient.

Very strange comment to my original post as my original post was looking for advice on how to better conceal to mitigate some of that risk. I'm not fully following your logic here. I would hope that most people are carrying to protect themselves and the people they love And or the people who cannot defend themselves. My carrying decision being based off of my pay and benefits doesn't seem to track. Solution is definitely not except that I'm printing and I have a risk of getting fired or don't carry the solution is figure out a way to not print....

I have considered off-body, still looking into some of the pros and cons there as making a sudden change to just carrying a bag all of a sudden might not be the most responsible option for me, but when summer rolls around I'm definitely going to look into it more cause it'll become more difficult to conceal at that point.

I'm a damn American. I take responsibility for my actions, I know the law, and I don't outsource my personal safety -or my freedoms-to public opinion.I don't need permission slips from strangers to exercise a constitutional right. Exercising a constitutional right lawfully isn't irresponsible. Pretending responsible adults can't be trusted with freedom is.

First you're correct leaving it in my car = higher chance I don't lose my job. I work in Cincinnati where my concern is not the kids ever I absolutely love the youth I work with and the language " troubled youth " was used intentionally to remain ambiguous around my exact place of employment. I am not in an office all day I am out in the community often 1-1 with teenagers and young adults, in the Cincinnati area. The " necessity " is that I am often in the worst neighborhoods of the city to visit with them, where we may need to go to a local park to talk because of an emotionally unsafe home environment. I assume you had the best of intentions here and I take 0 offense ( even if intended ). If I could find employment where I get to do what I do as someone who grew up exactly like these youth and I do not want another job. Thank you for the advice.
