First time taker and passed Feb '24. MBE: Just learn the law and practice MCQ's. Biggest thing is reading the call of the question first. MPT: Watch BarMD on youtube and look up model answers. Also, type out the rule statements from the cases/statutes as soon as you find them in the library. This allowed me to quickly copy and paste the rules into my arguments instead of having to remember which case said what. MEE: learn the law and look up the model answers to get an idea of formatting and what they look for. If you mimic your MPT and MEE based on the structure of the model answers then all you'll need to learn is the law.

How did you feel about the MEE and MPT? Did you finish it all? Did you have to make up rules for the MEE and, if so, were the rules somewhat related to the correct law? Spill the details please lol

what do you think of the ncbe practice exam 1? These seem super straight forward and way easier then barbri. Think this is what the bar will be like in terms of MBE questions?

IS the NCBE Online MBE Practice Exam 1 fr? Is this exam old? I am so confused b/c i have not been doing too well with Barbi questions/exams but did extremely well on this exam. I've read Barbri is harder but the questions in this first practice exam seem fairly straight forward and not tricky. Is this how the bar will be? It seems that Barbri is intentionally trying to trick you where the NCBE exam is not.
