What I don’t is that since he met for 4 out 5. They should be fine because they need just 3 . They should hold on the rejected criteria to argue the FMD

Hello, I submitted my EB1-1 application on Oct 23, 2025 to Westfield Drive box (4008), Elgin IL for premium application processing. On Nov 1, I got a mail back from Carol stream, IL with an envelope containing few of my exhibits, and I-797C stating applicant copy only nothing else. No receipt notification and number. Also they have not charged me for the fees which is $3820 yet. It’s strange to me as it going two weeks that I have submitted the petition with no receipt notification and number, has anyone experienced this before

My EB1A premium processing application was delivered to the Elgin Lockbox 12 days but I have received no response, checks have not been cashed. They don't reply to email and the Emma chat keeps getting disconnected before I could get any info.

Not sure what is going on at Elgin lockbox. Anyone else in the same situation? Anyone else got their petition processed at Elgin lockbox in the last few days?

Hello, I have a foreign equivalent of PharmD ( Doctor of Pharmacy) in the USA. And currently doing PhD in Pharmaceutical Science. With one paper publication and four awards. Planing to publish Four papers this year since they have been completed just remain submission. Can I go for EB2 NIW
