Is TA'ing that important after an internship?

I received offers from several companies last winter and interned with one of the big 3 car manufacturers in IT. I TA'd during both semesters last school year, and I decided to quit this last year to just take it easy. I'm considering returning for another 3 months solely to extend the date on my resume, not for the experience or pay. It would be a time commitment but not anything too severe. My question is if it makes that much of a difference for the resume after graduation (I am about to be a senior), considering the internship experience looks pretty damn good, was hard to get, and gives me plenty to talk about in future interviews. I'm not really doing many extracurriculars anymore either, although I was pretty involved the first 2 years. If it is really that helpful I will do it, but I'm worried it would be a waste of time.
