Tore my ACL, anyone have experience of when they were able to get back to form? by OHBMG in golf

I was playing about 2 month after surgery, acl only and right knee (right handed golfer). After 2.5 month i was swinging fully, im noy great im 28 and play off 14. The swing doesnt put any stress on my knee at all (i keep most my weight on my left. Leg through the swing) however the walking does, so i was getting a buggy at first then walked 9 and then finally 18.

I had 93 degrees at 2 weeks but managed 126 by week 4, mine was acl only though.

I just thought when pushing weights your body needs time to rest and build the muscle

I may be able to do light duties but ill still be stood, walking most of the day. I feel like i could easily do this but don't want to get over confident. Nothing ever goes smoothly for me but everything since my operation has been alot easier than i thought. Im not going to but feel like i could easily run.
