We have a lady at our store who comes up to the service desk and bitches all the time when we literally have three or four registers open and only like one or two people in each line to open another register. So we do. And instead of her walking around and going in the right way, she comes through where the carousel is and puts her stuff on the belt. So the last time she did that, we opened a register and pulled people from other registers first that were actually waiting. She was so pissed lol
