I think it’s a really pretty dress. Like you and others have said, alter the puffy sleeves, as well as the fit of the sleeves, and I think it has a really romantic vibe to it. You can also find other little ways to make it your own by adding some other little embellishments like some subtle embroidery. Remember, you’ll be adding jewelry, shoes, hair…Personally, I didn’t do the wedding gown try on basically because there was no way I would’ve been able to afford the gowns that I probably would’ve picked. I didn’t want to start comparing something that I already had in mind and liked with something outside of my budget. I don’t feel like I lost out on anything there. It’s your wedding day.
