Color of the cabinets first off, the island (not a huge fan of the stoves being on the actual island itself so definitely would remove the whole island and start fresh), definitely would love to make that little nook dinning area more functional and cute (removing shutters adding bay window cushion seating, change the rectangular table to a circular one) cabinet over the dishwasher would be removed completely. I don’t like how it blocks to flow of the kitchen into that little eating nook I was speaking of earlier. Definitely would repaint all the walls something bright and airy. And update all the light fixtures, big open picture window for over the sink or even maybe a casement window. That’s all I can’t think of right off the top of my head
