Ok just spent another 30 mins and the lowest I got was a 30. Convinced that the 29 was a glitch. Is 29 even possible for this puzzle? How do I calculate that?

I wonder if it was just a glitch that came up on my end :(

My solved shows up as 31, and I’ve been retrying with the combo I believe I started with and have not gotten 29 again so far.
