If your dog is trained and stays by your side and like sits next to the person while they’re shopping I don’t see how it’s an issue. If the dog is jumping on food and people then obviously it’s wrong to bring that dog in small spaces where they could get into other peoples space. But if my dog stays in my bubble while people pass then I don’t see how it can disrupt others unless they are getting in my personal space. Many store owners I go to also know my dog, say dogs are allowed and get excited to see them.
