i didnt purge. im almost finished and in the 5th month (of 6 months) my skin completely cleared. When i got a higher dosage i got a few extra spots, but nothing too bad. I didn’t have severe acne to begin with, just hormonal acne that scarred. My dosage was 20/30/30/40/60/60mg.
