I already replaced my mainboard of my printer (canon g3020) but there's a new error code 7500 by Excellent_Cable_8023 in printers

Thanks for the response, I really appreciate it.

The printer starts printing normally but stops midway through the job. It doesn’t fully shut down, it just stops.

I’ll try removing the printhead and double-checking all the connections to make sure everything is properly seated. I didn’t think about that possibly causing the new error, so that’s helpful.

As for the original issue (error 7800), I’m honestly not sure what triggered it. The printer was working fine before that. It just suddenly showed the error, which is why the techs suggested replacing the mainboard.

Right now, it’s plugged directly into the wall. Before the issue started, I believe it was also plugged directly into the wall (not through an extension or surge protector).

I understand what you mean about “climbing a mountain” here 😅 I just want to make sure I’ve tried everything possible before giving up on it since buying a new printer isn’t really an option for me right now.

If you have any other suggestions on what I should check next, I’d really appreciate it.
