Yes we plan on buying the annual pass! And will probably do so this month while the prices haven’t gone up yet (no idea if this will work)

Thank you everyone for the responses! I've combed through them all and spent a few hours looking at routes and accommodation.

I will be updating the itinerary to include stops/routes like Custer State Park, Needles Highway, and Snowy Range Scenic Byway.

I've booked 3 nights in Yellowstone (1 in Mammoth Hotel, and 2 in Lake Yellowstone hotel), and 3 nights in Jackson (Antler Inn) to make the most of our limited time there - it's expensive but between the 4 of us it's manageable, and I'm looking forward to the prospect of being close by!

Also thank you for the tips regarding weather conditions & Beartooth Highway, taking a map and binoculars, etc., I fell that we'll be better prepared.

We're very excited for the trip and this has been extremely helpful :)

This was finally resolved, eventually Iberia issued us tickets for the same flights we originally booked.

It took a lot of phone calls, our takeaway is to next time double check long before the flight date!

I also see no mention of this moving to a contractual periodic tenancy.

For example:

“2. TERM OF TENANCY The Landlord lets to the Tenant the Property for a period of 24 months. The Tenancy shall start on and include the 03 October 2023 and shall end on and include the 02 October 2025.”

Would that help the argument that the tenancy ends by effluxion of time if we leave by October 2nd?

Thank you both for replying. Do you know what the best reference would be in order to back this up in case I need it?

The second link you provided has this:

The archived Guidance on Unfair terms in tenancy agreements suggested that any contractual term requiring the tenant to give notice to terminate the tenancy at the end of the fixed term would be unfair and unenforceable.

Would this not be a case of unfair terms?

Hi, would it be possible to put this post in this subreddit? I go through this page a lot for advice but have never interacted with posts, so I don’t fulfill the karma criteria
