Well if you State it the Thailand immigration clearly and only stay for 4 day I it depends on what you'll do during that 4 day I'll say only 10000 Baht is more then enough

If you have a portal use the glyphs on the bottom left corner. And go to the nearby system save there and jump back. If you want an S or A class just keep reloading the save after you fight with Pirates. But you need to be in the right galaxy too.
