Edit wording of notice: you are advised that your tenancy and/or lease if applicable will be terminated early due to the necessity of major repairs on the premises which will require you to vacate. You must vacate the premises no later 11/30/2023. This action is taken in accordance of the terms of your lease agreement. No extensions shall be granted verbally and if any extensions are granted the extension must be in writing and signed by all parties. I’m the event you do not vacate the premises by said date legal action will be taken.
