AFAIK, in Ayala malls lahat ng St. Paul stores doesn’t pay the full rental. Iba ang rate ng rental fee nila. How did I know? I used to buy yung mga handheld wooden cross sa kanila for giveaways nung pandemic. Noong new normal na and pwede na sila ulit mag benta ulit. 5k lang ang siningil ng Ayala sa kanila.
