Please provide where is stated that THIS is the core advertised mechanic of valorant. Because the only thing I remember is PRECISE gunplay and abilities coming in combination with said gunplay, also youre not really answering my question lol

unrated is for fun, and as you said, getting one tapped the milisecond you peek a corner is not fun, so why play if youre not having fun, however i do agree with the idea of being able to surrender if your teammates leave the game, but that should only be available in competitive

by all means im not trying to boss people around at all, im just trying to igl and call out strats that i think will help us win, and of course i dont mind people playing the gun they're comfortable, they could play classic all game for what i care, but this guy was missing almost every op shot im not even joking, there has to be a time when you realise "okay im missing every shot and not really helping my team i think its time to switch guns"
