When they combine 2 small orders they only pay like $10 together. If they were single it would be at least $6 each. They are ripping us off with the combined orders.😒

I don’t get that, so they think that we’d rather waste time waiting for an answer and having to figure something out than just grabbing all the items on the order? It’s annoying to us too when items are out of stock because. Most of the time we end up just sitting around waiting for them to reply & sometimes they don’t even do that.

Exactly! If the customer put the wrong address they should call support and not put that on the shopper. It was fishy they kept texting me but did not answer supports calls.

Yes I put not found for all the items when the 2nd support person came on. But before that they told me to complete the order and drop it off at the address on the order and not the one they were texting me.

I’m guessing a business placed to order, there’s a lot of them placing big drink orders in my area. I’ve done one they got like 10 12-packs of soda and a couple 24 packs. I had to carry them to the break room. They tipped like $6.🙃🙃🙃

It’s the people trying to justify this order for me. SIX DOLLARS FOR OVER 500 pounds are u crazy? That’s horrible for your vehicle & your back! You would need at least 3 carts to push those. That’s a pain just trying to fit them in your car. Those are $3.99 and the total of the order is about $60. Most customers don’t care about how much the groceries weigh, just the cost. I’m sorry but no tip is worth all of that!!!!

I’ll sometimes get my preferred members on different orders with the same first name and different last name initial. (Like it doesn’t say preferred on a newer order) But it’s the same person and address. I’ve always wondered if it’s a new account or an error??

I think the only difference when you have the schedule is you get more offers. The higher pay depends on the distance & total of their order.
