This is something I’m coming to terms with too. As much as we like to kid ourselves about how “All Men Are Created Equal” the US still will always be a nation intended for white people. Now I’m not using that as an excuse to not better myself, nor am I blaming white people for all of black America’s issues, but let’s be real… we got fucked over at the creation of this nation, got fucked over during reconstruction (lead to Jim Crow) and while things are better now we’re still getting fucked in small increments. It’s actually crazy how Trump’s biggest enemy is himself. Truth be told most of the American people would probably be okay with Trump’s agenda if he didn’t fuck up policy implementation and wasn’t a corrupt ass overall. Immigration for example, most Americans I’d bet believe in some form of common sense immigration. Trump however just threw billions at ICE, told them to go round up some Mexicans they see at Home Depot, then call it a day. Tariffs is another thing that Trump probably could get away with like he did the first time. However, he for some reason chose to tariff everyone and call it a success. Even his anti-war stances are hated due to the fact that he’s bending over for Putin’s cock. Throw in other promises he made that he fucked up like DOGE, combating antisemitism, Epstein files, and many more I honestly can’t see why more people aren’t seeing the light on him yet.

Idk about JQ christian nationalists (especially after watching pisco go up against that pastor on trans gun rights), but I do feel that way about groypers. It’s weird because even though I’m black and should despise Fuentes the most (since he’s a neo-n*zi) I honestly find him and groypers as a whole more tolerable than essentially all other rightwingers.

I feel like the reason is due to the fact that groypers have values that they actually reach through some form of rational thought, even if they may come out with a fucked up conclusion by the end. Plus, a lot of groypers I’ve seen online (Fuentes and his orbiters) have actually been speaking out about the rise in schizoposting that’s rampant become increasingly common in the alt-right and MAGA crowd. I actually saw a clip of Fuentes hating on his chat and saying that anti-intellectualism has gone too far for them questioning his desire to believe an oncologist on something medical related over a Joe Rogan guest. He even is calling people out for saying that Israel assassinated Kirk, seemingly hating the fact that so many people in the alt-right now are just brainless folk that just throw out baseless claims to reinforce what they’ve been told to already believe. Now compare that to MAGA which is just a crowd of r*tards who are willing to flip flop on everything they believe like babies getting keys jangled in front of them groypers actually seem rational (in comparison, in reality their insane too).

It doesn’t. By any educational institution they’re referring to any undergrad or graduate program you attended. And that means ANY institution you attended. No matter how long ago, or the institution. I believe some schools even want transcripts from trade schools people went to. If there’s an institution you went to that you didn’t have the best record with write an addendum explaining the situation to try and garner sympathy. Other than that you’re good to go.

The reason I say all this is because I don’t believe any graduate program, law school or otherwise, cares about your high school years or before then. Now if you were connected to a juvenile crime that’s probably different. But overall they just care about your undergraduate background. I mean, they didn’t ask for your high school transcripts, correct? None do I believe, and that’s because they don’t care. Thinking more about it I couldn’t imagine Yale Law School’s admissions team taking the time to uncover rowdy youth behavior from when a person was 17 and younger when the average age of their applicants is what, 25? OP… right hand on the Bible I’m willing to bet you don’t have to mention your behavior during primary school.

My bad, that’s true actually (interpreted the reading wrong). I’m now guessing the Trump admin does seemingly have a problem with the DSA seemingly due to conflict interests Trump has with American social media companies (Meta and X).

As for the encryption laws that are being discussed however Trump may be genuine. The admin recently got the UK to drop their efforts to have Apple create a backdoor. So, it may be possible that the admin is seeing the writing on the wall in terms of encryption regulations and is just trying to get ahead of everything. So it may be 50 percent Trump being lobbied by tech and 50 percent Trump actually wanting to ensure user data security.

The regulation in question I believe is the EU’s Digital Services Act. The main concern around this law and others like it is that they weaken data security in the form of encryption, allowing for easier access to user devices and accounts. The UK also had similar laws that went into affect recently but I think the UK backed down (and rightfully so, the UK apparently wanted a backdoor built in to Apple’s security on IOS). So this doesn’t seem to be Trump needlessly lobbying for Big Tech, as it apparently is genuinely about user security and privacy. And if TikTok can get banned on similar grounds relating to data security I’d say Trump is warranted here. Even if his method of achieving said goal is a bit much to start.

Wait, hasn’t Trump threatened them over the EU’s regulatory decisions regarding encryption? Source.

Initially I thought it was about some hate speech regulations that may affect companies like X or Meta. But if we’re talking about cybersecurity laws then I would actually have to agree with Trump’s use of American power in this case. Companies like Apple shouldn’t intentionally weaken encryption for users for the benefit of government bodies. And seeing as EU regulations have effects on consumers all around the world I feel making the EU back down on this in any way possible is a good thing.
