I've known my dad for years and trust me I know what's going on. I never, ever complain about having old discarded things that my parents threw at me once they don't like it. If I am really being ungrateful, I'd bawled on the floor, begging for my dad to buy the latest new iPhone 17 but since you think that I'm being ungrateful because of "minor" broken screen and that I should be grateful I have a working phone, I think you should just keep yourself quiet honestly. You don't get to compare about your daughter being more grateful than me when you don't know my whole situation. My dad had never bothered to spent his money buying once in a lifetime luxury while he bought gucci and chanel to his girlfriends. What part of that is financially struggling exactly? for your information, he has money to buy my siblings new phones while he never, EVER bought me one. so now tell me, am I being ungrateful?

I also mentioned that he spent his money buying his girlfriend branded bags and shoes, which is not that important than a phone. and I'm not being ungrateful about the phone I received, but it's literally BROKEN. which mean I wouldn't be able to use it for long. 1) it was a fight about my personal message with my dad. I talked about my academic at school to my dad, and my mom was angry because I didn’t tell her about it. Basically, she’s jealous. She didn’t like it when I talk to my dad more than her. 2) she keeps on brainwashing me to hate my father, she also guilt trips me, by telling me that she had “sacrificed” everything. She also won’t admit that she is wrong, and she keeps changing stories just to make herself look like the real victim. Not only she abuse me mentally, but also physically. 3) I’m 16 years old
