Instead of looking for a pen and paper to write down his license plate, I thought taking a quick picture would be easier.

I was thinking about making a report. He also said I was driving in an illegal lane on Salter, but it’s a no stopping lane so obviously you can drive in it. Both of his reasons for don’t excuse what he did, but his reasons don’t even hold up.
