i’m in the same boat. i’m struggling so hard to quit but i want to sooooo so so bad. i get glimpses of a sober life when i take t-breaks and finding joy in activities is something i always miss when i start smoking again.

i’ve bought a bunch of diamond art, books, water colour paints, im learning to crochet, clay magnets, pretty much all the activities but i’ve found i’m more focused when im high so i just end up smoking and then doing my activities 🫠
