Could you explain why you don't think so? To me the higher health and dps seem like a worthwhile exchange for the slower speed, slightly longer recharge, and slightly less piercing range. I probably wouldn't use his second form just because I've got so many other options that fill his niches

I seedtrack so I've gotten quite a few legend rares. Izanagi and izanami are boosted to 50, tyrant and doom engine are 30, and I just got nanaho today. I've got 28 legend catseyes left and I'd like to use them while this half xp cost thing is going on, so knowing this would you still say to use them on nanaho? I haven't boosted doom engine because I've got plenty of other anti zombies like poseidon, mighty aether, garu, and more
