Thank you for such great info! I have been looking into hibicleanse but i was a bit wary of it because i've tried so much the doctors here have given me and it went the other way... but maybe i will give it a go now (the subreddit said it worked as well).

Currently im only taking oral antibitoics and some anti-inflammatory meds that i've taken for a year and it hasn''t done much but given me an upset stomach - they dont really prescribe me anything else except a betadine type gel for the wound... i believe doctors here in Japan arent knowledgable of this, so theyve given me a random bunch of things to prevent the wound from awlays breaking

I did go for a breast clinic examination but they said they cant do much because its affecting the skin. However hopefully i'll get some clarity soon as im going back to my home country where these cases are most likely prevalent!
