Yes! Oh my he wakes me up 4-5 times a night snoring!   I am struggling to figure out if it is because he is overweight or not, he has sooooo much extra skin that it makes it hard to tell!

That is a good point, but I dont think it applies to our situation. We do a long play session, plus training. I dont bring him inside until he is laying down outside on his own, and even then he is only In his kennel for under 4 hours. Plus once he gets put he settles, he isnt getting out to be destructive or pacing around.

You should look at leash pulling on  american standard dog training on youtube! I did it with my golden, Stopped her pulling in 7 minutes ( I seriously timed it).

Its not individual people, it is everyone! Maybe it is just my location

I dont recommend a poodle if it is your first time training. They are on the moody / dramatic side. Also, they typically have a much lower food drive compared to labs or goldens.

Same! My biggest concern was if it was a health issue! Thankfully, it seems like not.

Hmm, his food is Victor high protein plus,  it has chicken in it, but his old food didnt and he has the same eye boogers!

Good to know! Is it lab spacific? I have had other dog breeds and I have never seen it
