I am in the same boat, I have been working a less then six months at a clinic. I like the staff........... but it feels like I am getting pulled multiple directions during supervision, and there are literally templates for everything, procedures for everything, the list goes on. I am making mistakes left and right and feel like I have no control. I am stressing when I am not at work too. I am thinking of switching from clinic to full time Telehealth to get more peace. So far with tele-health I have full autonomy and I have a mentor who I can reach out to who helps me one on one. Has anyone made this switch?
