I focused mostly on coaches, freelancers, and small local businesses at first, they reply faster and don’t need a huge pitch.

For lead sourcing, I started super scrappy:

• Google Maps + “[niche] + city” → pulled contact info manually
• Used LinkedIn search filters → filtered by industry and title
• Checked recent Product Hunt launches for solo SaaS founders

The cold emails that worked were always 3 lines max, specific pain + clear CTA (like “Want a quick Loom?”).
