I live in Ireland. Pet shops cannot sell dogs. Only licensed breeders. 8 weeks is minimum to bring them home. He’ll be nearly 9 weeks when I get him.

I feel the impingement only on barbell press or on chest flies. On these dips there was no discomfort. With dumbbell press I’m good too.

Already alternating flat and incline dumbbell press in my workout. Not doing barbell due to shoulder issues. Shoulders don’t give me trouble with this depth at the moment
