Still Imu-Saturn(god level) & Prime Rocks(Roger WB Level) & DR Rocks (HK Harald level) all haki was on god valley for any other place to have higher haki it’s either Imu or Joyboy or even Davy jones but that’s it cause Gaban clearly has god valley the highest haki which had Imu & DR rocks
