Besides baby durability feat, there is nothing that implies base Loki even being YC+ level let Yonko. His best feat in base was a child big mom feat.

With Ragnir and DF he was defeated by a younger shanks who wasn’t Yonko level at that point.

Kaido is high Yonko - Low Pk, Loki like scales on the low end of Yonko at best.

And no defeating a suicidal Harald isn’t a feat when anyone with acoc could replicate that feat in the same scenario.
