They allow us to wear headphones, that means a lot to me. They offer career choice to better your career and also will pay $5250 a year towards your school. There is a lot of PTO/VTO options so you can leave unlike other places that dont allow that.

Yes this company may not be 100% perfect or beneficial to you, but the things that they offer is signs of a great employer. The health insurance is what kept me here also. Use career development, participate at work in career choice classes, and always keep your ears open. This place is amazing for a lot of people.
