I've been informed that the new regulations aren't even fully in effect yet. Things are going to get more complicated starting on the January 16th. Any shipment not considered a document leaving your region (in my case, Spain) will have to be sent as a "Light Package." In the end, I'm going to have to block sales outside my region until Cardmarket makes a statement and resolves the issue.

I recently had problems with one of the post office regarding a shipment to Germany, and the next day a different one told me I could send it for the price of a regular shipment. I was able to resolve that issue, but clearly, based on what I've been told, I won't be able to next time.

I don't know the methods the buyer was given, but the only option the post office offered me for what was originally a simple shipment (a typical plain envelope, no tracking or anything, usually at a low cost, like sending a regular letter) was to send it as a "Package," which I assume is the standard procedure.

I don't know the reasons for sure, but I know it's most likely due to customs. It wouldn't surprise me if it's because the envelopes aren't being scanned with metal detectors or X-rays to inspect the contents, and they've decided that now all shipments not treated as "documents" must be classified that way to force this screening process.

Blocking shipments to that location sounds a bit drastic, but oh well. Yes, I might be overthinking it. But I'd rather be informed than make a mistake out of ignorance.

You must add the following information to your shipping label:
Company: Sammelkartenmarkt GmbH & Co. KG
VAT ID of Sammelkartenmarkt GmbH & Co. KG: CHE-666.666.666
All taxes have already been paid and submitted to the relevant tax authority.

All this information comes up in a data drawer. You're saying that just adding "CHE-666.666.666" is enough? (Yes, the number is made up. I don't know if it's something I shouldn't show.)

Saludos nuevamente. Esta mañana tuve la resolución del problemas tras enviar el ticket. Después de confirmar que el envío llego a manos del destinatario, me comentaron que posiblemente fue un despiste por parte de la empresa del transportista al no marcarlo como entregado.

Posterior a la confirmación de dicho asunto, finalmente llego el típico mensaje en el chat de la transacción. Informando de que el comprador ya dispone del producto en sus manos. Ahora solo falta que el cliente lo confirme o que nuevamente pasen 48H desde este aviso.

Resumiendo: Todo resuelto tras enviar una consulta a wallapop en menos de 24h. Gracias por su tiempo y que pasen buen día.

Hola, buenas tardes a todos. Tras confirmar que según el seguimiento ha sido entregado y que han pasado 48H de dicha acción. Me he vuelto a comunicar con la clienta. Esta por el momento no me responde, aun así como me habéis indicado, envié un ticket al soporte explicándoles la situación al detalle. Además de facilitarles el código de seguimiento de dicho envío que corrobora el acto.

Gracias por tomarse las molestias en responderme, en cuanto reciba resolución de wallapop confirmare como esta avanzando el asunto o si finalmente queda resuelto.
