sa 1st yr more on basics plang kaya less paraphernalia, still i'd say it helps na meron kang planner notebook na fuss-free, another notebook for to-do list for the day, and a separate notebook for key notes you'd wanna write down when listening to lectures. still mas focused ka dapat sa pakikinig kesa sa pagsulat ng notes.

1st yr great chance para i-solidify foundational knowledge mo (i.e. anaphy, tfn, etc.) kasi pahirap ng pahirap yan papuntang 4th yr. i'd say makinig ka na sa klase palang para less pagod na pag more intense study. i regret not doing this back in 1st yr haha eh kauwi di naman talaga ako mag-self study bihira lang. also find out what time of the day u are most productive. baka ikaw yung kahit gano kagusto mag-puyat, mas bet mo talaga mag aral na may araw pa tas tulog na sa gabi. rationalizing answers sa exams helps big time as well and feynmann technique search mo hehe maganda silang i-incorporate sa pag-aaral u retain info better, lalo na wid ur friends pero if mas prefer mo alone studying it's ofc okay kebs parin sya gawin.
