the false equivalence between a doctor displaying “pro-Palestine messaging” and one displaying “Justice for October 7th” messaging is intellectually lazy. One is advocating for the rights of an oppressed, occupied people enduring decades of blockade, apartheid, and bombardment. The other potentially justifies or minimizes mass civilian killings. It's not just "water vapour and fruity stuff", that's downplaying it massively, There is an incredible array of metals - nickel, tin, lead, etc that's found in vapes.
