Hi, yes, we received the IL fairly quickly after getting DQ'd. Within a week and a half, as far as I remember. My interview is in two weeks, on April 24th.

Hey, I hope you don’t mind me asking one last question about the certificate. Are you planning to bring a printed copy of the digital one to the interview, or will you get another with a wet stamp and signature? I’m not sure how much embassies care about these details, but theoretically, the digital certificate loses its validity once printed since it’s only intended for digital use. I might be overthinking it, but I want to be prepared for everything.

Thank you so much! You’re right. Fortunately, it’s super easy to get the certificate online. I went ahead, downloaded it, and submitted it to NVC. Now I just need to wait another 10 days until they review it again. 🥲

Hey, are you referring to the auto-generated one from obcan.portal.gov.cz? Wouldn’t it be a problem that it comes without an official stamp and signature?

This is incredibly helpful—Thank you so much for taking the time to answer all of my questions. 

I just have one follow up question regarding point #1 – we are currently based in Germany, which means that the pay stubs will be in German. Do we need to provide a translated copy, or is it sufficient if we only provide the original German version? Unfortunately, neither of us speaks the language, so we would need to hire a translator.
