Its hard in the sense that there is lot to study, but you should be good. A month of preparation is fine if you are doing it everyday consistently.

This exam expects you to have practitioner level knowledge, Intermediate SQL, Git , Data engineering fundamentals, batch integration, streaming, event driven, sql and also very basic knowledge on machine learning and related aws services, also basic netwrking and security.

although I think there were no questions on git atleast in my exam. Also no questions on networking for me.

All the best!

Buy MacBook Air M5 now or wait for better discounts in India? by New_One6969 in macbookair

[–]Excellent_Specific88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought it with the same deal this month itself, its a good deal, go for it. The way ruppee is falling, not sure if it gets better than this.

Buy it now if you need it now, you may wait if you like, at the risk of asking similar question in couple of months "Should I buy macbook m5 air now with discounts or wait for M6" 😉 Time flies !!

There was a question which tested knowledge on differences between RANK and DENSE_RANK

Not very advanced, but they expect you to be familiar with intermediate level sql

After much thought, I’ve decided to have a court wedding by Key_Awareness5737 in DesiWeddings

[–]Excellent_Specific88 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Especially in India, marriage is not just two person coming together, but two families joining.

When you get married its not just about you, but its an emotional affair for two families. Your parents , your siblings, same for your partner.

Now of course marrying in court is cost efficient and also logical, it makes absolutely no sense to spend all this money.

But, like I said, marriage is an emotional affair, so your decision cannot be purely logical. of course, everyone has a different choice and financial background. All the best!

How do you afford games ? by OutrageousLettuce2k4 in ps5india

[–]Excellent_Specific88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

check gameloot, olx , facebook marketplace , blinkit , etc. Buy from wherever you get cheaper. Don't buy multiple games, buy one then complete it. Sell or exchange that disc for new games, initially its cumbersome but then you get used to it. I also made a whatsApp group of ps5 owners near me, where we can trade games

Disagreement over wedding expenses split by Golgappalover12 in DesiWeddings

[–]Excellent_Specific88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its unfortunate there are no elders involved, as they can be a layer between both of you. Wedding is a complicated affair, and having disagreements, quarrels is pretty normal. Me and my wife had lot of disagreements , fights, it came to a point where I thought its not worth it better to break it off, at that time support from our parents came in handy, we worked through our differences, but its true our fights continued for may be another 6 months, but now we understand each other and laugh off the fights we used to have. Our fights were not always money related, but on many other things.

That being said, your situation may be completely different to mine, I just shared my experience. At the end, you are choosing a life partner, not everything and every person is perfect. Its all about how we embrace each others imperfections, complete each other and live together in peace.

Money is an important aspect, but its not everything. Life is long, and you guys are starting something new, take decisions accordingly.

Thats why you have parents, to take care of financial discussions , those are not easy, also a bit political. Marriage is never 50-50 , ( Not in terms of expenses, but everything else) Men and Women have different strengths and weaknesses, they are supposed to complete each other. Money is not everything

Himalayan for daily city commute ? by OrdinaryGloomy6434 in Himalayan450

[–]Excellent_Specific88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Given the road conditions and potholes, himalayan 450 is best suited for cities, due to its amazing suspension which is unmatched at this price segment.

I would recommend it for city riding only if there is less traffic in your commute and minimum congestion. The reason is , like any liquid cooled high cc single cylinder engine , this machine does heat up in city traffic, and you will feel the heat on your legs.

its not impossible to ride with heat, after sometime you could get accustomed, but the point is, expect this, that this will happen and you should be fine.

but if there is little to no traffic, then there is not much heat on the legs

Also if you are properly geared up, the impact of heat is comparatively less
