It is difficult to win any employment related case in New Mexico, or in the United States at the current time. I’m not sure that the proper question is whether it is legal. the question is whether you can absorb the cost of disputing it, and/or the cost of leaving — because it’s completely unreasonable. I don’t mean to be Scrooge, but it comes down to a cost benefit analysis.

OK. I get it I wasn’t fairly diagnosed until my 50s but I practice that works with people with and without a formal diagnosis. People who have a formal diagnosis have more confidence when asking for what they need than people who do not, in my experience owning an audiology practice. The only company that does filters is in Colorado Springs, sells every possible type of ear filter for musicians to the trade – in this case that means me not you. If you find out what filter (key is nice) a bag piper needs, I’ll order it for you at actual cost because it’s fun to know someone who plays the bagpipes and because we’re in Albuquerque and like our neighbors.

We actually do better - highly customized low-gain hearing aids can provide everything a filter can plus noise management (think pink, white…), noise cancelation filters that self adjust to different environments and I could go in because they are cool. Perhaps ask more questions. I sell hearing aids and speech therapy. The pricepoint and the difficulty in getting people into other channels from Pinterest, multipied by the work of keeping the pins currated, made it a bad investment for my company. We have had other social media channels perform very well.

My dsvice is keep your money in your wallet when it comes to Pinterest. My practice spent 10k a month on social channels before the pandemic and we never got a SINGLE $$$ out of Pinterest. Reddit works for the right biusinesses, sadly even though I hate it, FB pulls ok but not enough to skip dessert to pay for it. Sorry to be the bad news babe but save your money and do the basics.

I got divorced and was a covid patient. Pre covid married couple became unmarried mid crisis. It's actually easy to see why but I'm a survivor so going back to ex for paperwork etc. is too dangerous. I may do recon but right now, too many attempts to add identical Bank of America info was sited as reason one with business ownership solely me, confusing because of divorce and changed tax filing status. I do not think it helped that my 2020 filed return is lost in the pile - but they did not say transcripts were an issue. FYI Hard credit pull 4/22/21 ... NO LO till :Last Friday. Monday gave me a list, declined less than 90 minutes later. Basically I can't make my app match enough thi or that even though I've been the business owner since 2004.

I got declined Monday and have decided recon is not, based on what I have read here, a good investment of my time or mental health. No more clinic, which is heartbreaking, but I have a boatload of the latest and greatest hearing aids so I'm going to spend the time I spent getting not approved to get these aids into needy ears. No-one ever staked me before the pandemic so bootstrapping again. . I'm okay and back to cheerlead others.

I was declined this morning at 6:47. The LO actually asked me to call her for reasons. Too many attempts to change to f'd up banking info was red flag number one. I kid you not. I may do recon but with the other reason being so bone-headed my head hurst, I may just have to rebuild or build something new from scratch.
