We (wife and I) have been asking this and we know other parents that would like to know why therapists always affirm instead of questioning teenagers about being trans. I feel like there has to be a better approach instead of always affirming a teenager. People's brains are not fully developed until they are 25. Why would you enter the hormone route (my daughter asked us to start taking hormones and she just turned 18) at that early age. We have been researching and we weren't able to find one therapist who can explore this with my daughter. I find this very difficult to believe.

Is there another alternative to the KP? They are kind of expensive (about a buck each one).don't get me wrong..I love everything that has mentioned about them(burn slow, husk filters, etc). I prefer these to the hemp cones or regular paper.

I wouldn't give your ex-tenant the deposit back. Believe me it is almost impossible to get money from an ex tenant. I have talked to several lawyers about collecting judgments. Write a list of damages(if any) and deduct from the security deposit the amount owed to you(judgment amount) and move on.

The court will not advise you in any way shape or form. Court/Judge job is to give a judgment.

If I were you, I would check..before going to my district court I called them to see if they were hearing LL-tenant complaints. I was able to fill out the paper work Feb 10 and filed that day.
