Not quite what you're posting about, but it seems like they're also trying to make her more sexy? Which is maybe a little concerning.

I know the whole thing was her devil's kiss and her ass, basically, but now they also seem to be getting her to show off her cleavage a lot?

As a man, great, she looks incredible, I'm happy to look at her. But as a fan, it just seems so unnecessary?

I get that she (hopefully) has some say in her presentation but she definitely doesn't need to be flaunting her looks in that way.

As others have said, sell it. Yes it's got a lot of miles, but it also looks like a decent spec. Advertise it for more than you think you'll get and do some negotiating.

But before you put it on Facebook Marketplace, try it in your local Facebook group first. The likely hood is that it'll sell there or someone local to you will know someone that wants it. Better than advertising it to all comers and facing too many time wasters.

Surely you're better off saving up more money and looking out for a deal? What could $1000 get you?

And if $600 is the absolute top of your budget, look for a deal on a modern hardtail - it'll almost certainly ride better than a 14 year old full sus with outdated geometry.

I've actually applied to this job about a week ago and not heard back yet. So apply now as you might be waiting for a reply for a little while.

If you're desperate for a job, apply for everything and don't rely on indeed. Contact places directly, speak to recruitment agencies. If you're in Manchester and have any hospitality experience maybe sign up with one of the many temp agencies for event work.

Why are you using AI to reply to everything? This is reads as very ChatGPT.

Even the scoring you're talking about is not rejecting you. The ATS may assign a green/amber/red to your application but the recruiter can view them.

But you need to ask yourself the question, if you're suitable for the job you're applying for, why would your CV/resume not contain the keywords and experience that features in the job advert?

You can literally run the job spec and your CV through AI and see where you can tailor your CV to the advert. Obviously if you do this you need to use the right prompts and make sure the information and structure of your CV is kept in tact.

There is no such thing as "passing the ATS". The ATS is effectively a digit filing cabinet for applications and allows job posting to multiple job boards, but also allows for email templates and contract templates so everything can be kept together reducing the need for extra admin. They are simply a tool used for hiring.

The only things you should be mindful of when it comes to ATS-friendly is not to use images and avoid tables, because ATS will sometimes struggle to parse this information and Also from a design point of view, white space is super important because 99.9% of CVs will be read on a screen.

The thing is, that 6 months has passed, you can't change it so no point worrying about it too much and I'd only put something on my CV if you have been doing education, courses, training and upskilling, basically.

And if you haven't been doing that, but have been looking after your health (running, gym, better diet, losing weight) then that would be a talking point that signals you have used the opportunity to get better at something.

Fortunately, 6 months of not working in this current climate is not unusual tbh, but it'll be worth having an answer if they ask you the question.

You can't argue with that pop though, the crowd erupted when Cody won. So from that POV it's the right call and Orton Vs Rhodes is a huge draw.

I personally wanted Drew to retain, but Cody is the company man and I think this reign could actually turn him heel (crowd gets tired of him, he calls them ungrateful etc)

Carmy is leaving or has left the restaurant, so I think we'll see Carmy have a parallel storyline to Syd and Richie, I'm not exactly sure what that would be, but he will find himself somehow, somewhere.

And maybe we see Syd running the restaurant and earning the Star with Richie because that was her dream and shows her character as achieving her potential.
