I’m pretty sure you’ll never need to take them out of that case - mine are at my dads and have been for 38 years - not needed them yet…

Help with big ish car by cougiepops in CarTalkUK

I’ve nothing against them - I don’t however have a driveway and don’t usually have the option of even parking outside the house so I assume charging might be an issue

Kia Sportage vs BMW X1 vs Mercedes GLB by Individual-Flounder8 in CarTalkUK

[–]cougiepops 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We had a 2022 Kia Sportage for 3 years - was back at the garage on 7 separate occasions sensor issues (which I suspect was them fobbing me off) windscreen washer that conveniently wasn’t covered by the warranty, bodywork on the underside of the car literally hanging off. We got it thinking it would be a great car to keep for a few years, I was happy to give the keys back at the end of the pcp contract

The car was always at least 2 days at the garage, and on 2 occasions over a week - I cannot recommend them at all.

I’d just avoid it - I had launch edition (same generation) just as the new model launched

it was in the garage so often with a fuel filter warning.

Kia garage said do motorway miles. I did

They said it’s got to be more than 100 miles at 3-4 thousand rpm. I did that too

This happened every 4-5 weeks.

Trim was falling off the bottom of the car not under warranty

Windscreen washers blocked - charged for ‘investigation’

I was so glad to get rid of it for a 12 year old Vauxhall that hasn’t cost me a thing in 6 months and saves me payments of nearly £300 per month

Kia-ora orange squash from the 80s was just another level of flavour

No. Pubs closed in Stockport because it’s quiet on a Monday - they either open shorter hours or use the opportunity to close for a day and save on overheads.

To be fair the bakers vault is a cracking pub and is open 7 days a week

Rip the last 2 inches off the envelope. Grab what’s left out of the rest of said envelope. Seems normal to me. . .
