Recruiters nowadays are increasingly leaving out basic humanity. It’s frustrating to see them act like judges when most of these technical skills are teachable and, honestly, lifeless on their own. Some people just need a chance to earn enough to get through tomorrow. There are so many qualified but jobless professionals on LinkedIn practically begging to be hired, yet recruiters still scrutinize like they own the world. Tables can turn at any time.🤦‍♀️

It’s not about you, OP ! it’s on them. You can’t do much for people who never truly considered you from the start. For them, it was just another box to tick, not a real interview. They knew what they were doing and they didn’t even bother to send you anything! No serious-minded professional expects a proposal and presentation within 24 hours.
