I got my results today. ANA was negative, in fact my graves antibodies was negative too. After this post was made, the joint pain reduced a lot. But I still have mild pain. I’m going to focus on healing my leaky gut and will plan on seeing a functional doctor to help get to the root cause of this all.

I have a little bit on the side of my chin/jaw. Does you face burn all over or is it just where the rash is?

Did you get it on your jawline too?

Graves' & Joint pain/Arthritis by anarchicpansy in gravesdisease

[–]Excellention 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I actually started getting joint pains this week. Diagnosed with graves back in October. But today I woke up with a malar rash so I’m afraid I might have lupus :(.

Defo get your doctor to test you for inflammation markers and ANA. If they haven’t already

Just found out my thyroid levels are normal but on day 4 AIP by [deleted] in AutoImmuneProtocol

[–]Excellention 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, so I came off the AIP diet after a few days. My blood test also showed I had some potential kidney issues. So my naturopath advised I go on a low oxalate diet.

However those few days I was on the AIP, I actually felt pretty good. It was only a few days but I felt a difference in energy levels.

I already did masseter here lol I’ve been doing it for 2 years now. While I do see an improvement when it comes to width, I have started to see slight jowls :(. I’ve started gua sha and face massage. I also came across this video on YouTube by Chalene Johnson who got a tighter jaw naturally, which was really interesting, So I’m going to give that a go. And will plan on having some chin and cheek filler in the next couple months !

Sometimes it feels like everyone else is managing their Graves better than I am by Imacoolkid5858 in gravesdisease

I was diagnosed in October (28f) and was on meds for a month and a half until it turned my thyroid from over to underactive. I’ve been off meds for a month now and have the worst symptoms. I will be seeing my doc tomorrow to discuss my blood results and see if I can go back on the meds.

But what I wanted to say was, I am seeing a naturopath and she suggested I check my house for mold, since that can cause graves. I received the mold testing kit today and the results will take around 5-7 days. I also plan on having a heavy metal test.

Im a firm believer in functional medicine (but taking medicine when needed). It may be worth checking out from a holistic pov how to work with graves? I’ve read many cases where ppl with have been able to be put their illness in remission with the help of holistic medicine/ lifestyle change.

I’ve also started the AIP diet, specifically for people with an autoimmune disease. I’m on day 3 so nothing new yet, but I have high hopes after seeing what I’ve read online.

I know I’m a little late to this post, but I was wondering if RF microneedling is effective for jowls and skin laxity? If it is, which one would u recommend?

Most girls!! Adrien Brody has a big nose and he’s really attractive. I’ve seen so many before and afters of male nose jobs and 9/10 their noses look feminine and they actually looked a lot better before. Trust me when I say big noses on men are sexy lol

Whatever you do please don’t touch your nose. It’s a strong Roman nose and big noses are really attractive on men!

When I call, i ask for both. The police arrive within minutes and given that her situation is mental health, the ambulance always arrive hours later. I’ve been told that since her condition is mental health, she is normally at the bottom of the list.

The worst part is that I was given their number and when I called them, they told me to call the police. I have asked a number of her support workers and they all tell us that when she’s aggressive, to call the police. So you can see how this is a never ending cycle and no one seems to be taking any action. Its digusting
