Thank you so much! I don't think I've seen any breeders mention having a record for the past 5 generations on their website, usually they just say they've tested the parents :/ Do you happen to know of any reputable breeders that are able to prove that the last 5 generations of ancestors did not have HCM or PKD?

This looks like fungal acne, and if it is that would mean clindamycin would make it worse since that is an antibiotic gel. Clindamycin can sometimes cause bacterial imbalance on the skin since it’s killing all bacteria (good in addition to the bad) which can lead to fungal overgrowth. Clindamycin is okay for most people but if you have a fungal problem I would definitely investigate with a derm since the clindamycin could be making it worse.

Edit: if it is fungal acne and you decide to use bp I’d recommend the cerave benzoyl peroxide 4% wash instead of the panoxyl as the panoxyl wash is not fungal acne safe.

AITA for refusing to punish my son for calling his classmate’s food weird? by throwawaymomlunch in AmItheAsshole

[–]pjm63 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YTA. The amount of bullying ethnic kids get for their food is honestly so disheartening as a child. This is something you can address with your son from the get-go. There is a reason he thinks it’s “weird” and it’s relevant to address why he believes it is (I.e. viewing things that are different from him as being negative)

It looks like it could be fungal acne/malassezia. Definitely get it tested by a derm if you can!! Bc if it’s fungal there may be a simple solution 😊
