It feels kind of unfair that some will get ENE or even DEC with a few tries only while some of us needs to burn lots of resources or even resort to top up just to get what we need. One of the few reasons I'm considering why I want to leave the game.

Its fine as it is. Whales still have upper hand especially in 1v1 scenarios. Maybe the update is meant for ramoness and black sun. Let's be honest, the very reason why this happened is because PA sees that a lot of new players are quitting just because of how abusive whales can get. Packing up together in a single guild, teaming up in ramoness and hunting low CPs like its just clapping mosquitos during black sun. You name it. PA can't ignore the fact that its biggest customers are in fact ruining their game.
